If you have received your order but are not satisfied with it, you can return it. To do so, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order. In order to return the item, it must be in the same condition in which it was received, keeping its labels and, as far as possible, the packaging in which it was sent.
For reasons of hygiene and health, CALAMOON does not accept exchanges or returns on panties, thongs, culottes, bikini bottoms or any other intimate undergarments, except if the garment is incorrect or defective.
CALAMOON also does not accept exchanges on products in the OUTLET section.
In any case, we recommend that, before making your purchase, you contact us so that we can advise you when choosing your size. This way, in most cases, your garment will fit your body.
To proceed with the return or exchange of the article you should contact email@example.com, and as soon as possible we will respond to provide you with all the information you need to return the garment.
The article to be returned must be sent to Calle Acacia, 7, 1-4, Cornellá de Llobregat (C.P. 08940). You can do this by post or any other courier company. We inform you that CALAMOON is not responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product.
When we have received the product and we verify that it is in perfect condition or we see that it was incorrect or defective, CALAMOON will refund the full cost of the item, or will proceed to exchange it for another one of your choice.
In any case, CALAMOON will not refund the initial shipping costs paid by the user when the item was purchased.
