Shipping policy

Once payment has been confirmed, CALAMOON will send you a confirmation e-mail detailing the products purchased and the expected time for you to receive your order. Our philosophy is slow fashion, which is why we make your garments to order. In any case, and so that you don't wait too long, from the moment of purchase until it is sent, up to 4 working days may pass. CALAMOON is not responsible for possible delivery delays caused by the courier service.

CALAMOON undertakes to deliver the product in perfect condition to the address indicated by the customer. Deliveries will be made during normal working hours.

In the event that delivery cannot be made due to the absence of the recipient, the transport agency will leave a note indicating how to proceed to arrange a new delivery. We will return all orders that, due to lack of response from the customer, cannot be delivered within 10 calendar days of the courier company making the first attempt.

CALAMOON does not deliver products on Saturdays, Sundays, national, regional and local holidays.

Delivery is considered to have taken place from the moment in which the product has been placed at the customer's disposal at the place of delivery indicated by the customer.

Responsibility for the products will be transferred to the user at the time of delivery of the order placed.

- Shipments to all of Spain from 24 to 72 hours (Correos): 4,90 €.

- Shipments to the Canary Islands (Correos): 4,90 €.

- Shipping to Europe (Correos): 9,90 €.
